TWO WHEELER PACKAGE POLICY


IFFCO TOKIO'S TWO WHEELER PACKAGE INSURANCE POLICY COVER IS AVAILABLE TO PROTECT YOU AGAINST :
· Any accidental damage to two wheeler.
Legal liability to third parties arising out of the use of two wheeler resulting in:
o Property damage - up to Rs.1.0 lacs.
o Accident death/injury- actuals, without limit
Personal Accident cover for owner-driver up to Rs.2 lacs .

The Policy covers loss/damage to the two wheeler on account of
Fire, explosion, self-ignition and lightning
Burglary, housebreaking and theft
Flood, typhoon, hurricane, storm, tempest, inundation, cyclone, hailstorm and frost.
Accidental external means
Riot, strike, malicious acts, terrorist activity
Earthquake (fire and shock damage),landslide, rockslide
Whilst in transit by road, rail, inland waterway, lift, elevator and air.

The premium is based on Insured Declared Value(I.D.V.), Age, and Cubic Capacity of the vehicle as well as Geographical Zone of its operation.

On payment of additional premium Policy can be extended to cover:
Legal liability to paid driver
Personal Accident cover for unnamed/named passenger up to Rs.2 lacs
Unlimited third party property damage
Electrical/Electronic fittings.
CNG/LPG Kit permitted by Road Transport Authority
Side car

Exclusions
We shall not be liable for:
Mechanical failures and electrical breakdown
Damage to tyres unless vehicle is damaged at the same time
Consequential loss
Depreciation or deterioration, normal wear and tear
If vehicle is driven by person under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs
If used for any purposes other than that specified in the Policy or if driven by a driver without valid Driving Licence

Please note
I.D.V. will be deemed to be Sum Insured for the purpose of this Policy. I.D.V. is fixed on the basis of the manufacturer's listed selling price of the brand and model at the commencement of insurance/renewal and adjusted for depreciation. Schedule of depreciation is as defined in Motor Tariff.
We shall bear towage charges of Rs.300/- in respect of any one accident as part of the claim.
Compulsory Deductible applicable under the Policy is Rs.50/- for each and every claim.

Claims
You should give immediate notice of the claim to us and notify the police (if there is damage to third party property or injury/ death to third party).
You should also tender to us all reasonable information, assistance and proofs in connection with any claim.

Documents required for settlement of claims:
Claim Form , Estimate of Damage, Bills /Receipts of repairs and replacements effected.
Driving Licence, Police Report (if any), R.C. Book/ Record
